Data Deletion Request

From within the app (the fastest way): Profile ← "Delete Account" ← confirm.

What happens next?

• Your account stops immediately, and your listings and data disappear from the app.
• Within 30 days you can change your mind: log in again with your number and your account and listings return as they were.
• After 30 days your listings and their images, your identity documents (and the identity-verification photos — the ID photo and the selfie — are deleted even earlier: as soon as the verification is decided, or 30 days after they were sent), your phone numbers, your CV and professional profile, and the messages you sent us are permanently deleted, and your personal details are erased.
• Only purchase records (transaction number, amount and date) are kept, to the extent the law requires.

Before deleting: if you have upcoming appointments as a service provider, cancel them first. Your upcoming appointments as a customer are cancelled automatically and the business is notified.

If you cannot get into the app: email us at haggz.company@gmail.com from the same phone number or email that is registered, write "Data deletion request", and we will handle the request and confirm to you.
